Listed prices reflect the ongoing average property rental in Stockholm; i.e. 100 sek per square meter per month and observe the amount of space needed for the work to be performed. The collector will be given temporary mental access (monthly rental) to each of the actions comprising the piece they acquire. This alternative is meant to allow the collector to spend some time with the work before making a decision about buying it. Should the interest arise for a more definitive buying arrangement, the rate will follow the current Stockholm average of 60,000 kronor per square metre. Given that the difference between buying and renting in the case of these properties is purely temporal and does not prescribe, although it does not preclude, actual physical engagement with the space in question, the renter is asked to observe discretion and vacate their claims to the piece should the rental period be over. The prospective buyer or renter should keep in mind that these rates are subject to fluctuations in the market. Also, a certain variation does occur from area to area following supply and demand flows, suggesting that the quoted prices are susceptible to negotiation. Some pieces are only available for rental given the temporary nature of their physical arrangement, others are freely available for usage given their character as public utility. In the later case, a donation might be suggested.
